ACAHM issues standards for Graduate Certificate in East Asian Medical Bodywork [24 Aug 2022]

At its February 2022 meeting, the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM or Commission) reviewed draft standards for a graduate certificate program in East Asian medical bodywork. After seeking and evaluating public comment earlier this summer, the Commission approved final standards relating to the Graduate Certificate in East Asian Medical Bodywork.

Standard 7 addresses the program of study elements that are unique or specific to the new Graduate Certificate. Standard 5 addresses admissions requirements that apply to graduate certificate programs.

Standards and criteria applicable to all accredited programs remain unchanged; they apply to all accredited programs including the Graduate Certificate in East Asian Medical Bodywork.
