ACAHM Winter 2024 Meeting Agenda [12 Dec 2023]

The Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM) will hold its Winter semiannual meeting from 26 February through 28 February 2024.  This meeting will be held in-person. 

In addition to the agenda items listed below, the Commission also reviews pending interim site visit reports, focused visit reports, monitoring reports, substantive change applications and other official matters, consistent with ACAHM policies, procedures, and timelines:

Seeking Pre-accreditation

Atlanta University of Health Sciences, Duluth, GA

• Master of Acupuncture with a Chinese herbal medicine specialization (DAcCHM)

Seeking Initial Accreditation

Colorado Chinese Medicine University, Denver, CO

• Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM)

Commission meetings are closed to the public. Written public comments on institutions and programs scheduled for review are welcome:

Comments must be submitted by 26 January 2024, 4:00pm US Central Time.

Comments must address substantive matters relative to the quality of the educational program with respect to its compliance with ACAHM’s Comprehensive Standards and Criteria.
